Brooklyn OT is a boutique pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to providing in-home
and school-based services for families in Brooklyn and Manhattan. We are looking for a 1099 contractor who can take on a part-time or afterschool caseload of clients for the '25-'26 school year.

Possible locations for clients:

Brooklyn: Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, Cobble Hill, Bed-Stuy, Carroll Gardens, DUMBO, Park Slope, and more

Manhattan: Financial District, Tribeca, Battery Park, and more

POSITION AND REQUIREMENTS

About the role:

1099 contractor
Services provided in the client’s home, school, or afterschool program
Clients range in age from 2-12 years
Client goal areas include executive functioning, self-regulation, handwriting, motor planning, etc.
Flexible scheduling and caseload size based on your availability, geographic preference, areas of expertise, and comfort

Experience required:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
NY OT licensure and NBCOT registration
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Continuing education and/or experience treating: executive functioning, motor planning, handwriting, ADL participation and task analysis, self-regulation
Strong parent communication skills
Independence and confidence working in the home
