Rachel Frizzell-Henige, MS, OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Rachel is a pediatric occupational therapist who cares deeply about personalized, family-centered care and engaging children through their interests. At Brooklyn OT, she offers services to toddlers, children, teens, and their families located in Brooklyn and Manhattan. As an occupational therapist, she has specialized training in the areas of self-regulation and sensory processing, executive function, attention, and motor learning.
Rachel works with children with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Autism, Dyspraxia/Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), Learning Disabilities, and other diagnoses or challenges which may impact a child’s function.
Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University in Boston. After becoming a licensed occupational therapist, she worked for years in schools (public and private), clinics, and early intervention. During her time as an early intervention provider, she saw how quickly children were able to develop skills when they were provided with therapy in their natural environment. Since then, she has become a passionate advocate for the value and effectiveness of home-based care.
In Rachel's occupational therapy sessions, she incorporates a combination of research-backed strategies and playfulness to engage your child and work towards your goals. She believes in presuming competence in children’s abilities, approaching challenges with curiosity, and finding joy in the therapeutic process!

Michelle Conley, MS, OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Michelle is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with six years of experience spanning a variety of school settings, home environments, sensory clinics, and aquatic therapy spaces. She has worked with clients aged 3 to 18 on improving independence in areas including: executive functioning, gross and fine motor skills, sensory processing, food exploration skills, handwriting, emotional regulation, interoception and visual perceptual skills. She holds a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from New York University and lives in Downtown Brooklyn, New York. She is passionate about partnering with families to support meaningful growth and lasting change!
Lauryn Browne, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Lauryn is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with experience supporting children ages 2–14 in building self-regulation and sensory processing skills, strengthening executive functioning, life skills, handwriting, and fine motor development. She takes an individualized, strengths-based approach while working with clients in school and home environments. Lauryn earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University and practices in Manhattan and Brooklyn. She is committed to fostering children’s growth and independence, supporting them as they build skills, independence, and self-confidence.

Hannah Jacobson, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Hannah has been working as an occupational therapist in New York City for the past six years, primarily in outpatient and hospital-based pediatric settings. She received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University and has been working with children and adolescents ages 0–18.
She has experience working with children who are Autistic, and children with ADHD, genetic conditions, cerebral palsy, and medically complex conditions.
Her clinical experience includes addressing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, feeding, self-care, and other skills that support a child’s participation in everyday activities. Hannah takes a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy and is passionate about helping children build confidence and independence while empowering families with practical strategies they can incorporate into daily life.
